Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Jhennecho LLC. We hope you are happy with your clothing items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refundstore credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

1. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@jhonnechollc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase(e.g., order number, packing slip), and mail your return to the following address:

Return Shipping Charges:

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

3. REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

4. EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or hosiery for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

5. LEGAL STANDARDS & YOUR RIGHTS

This policy is designed to comply with applicable U.S. federal and Florida state consumer protection laws. Please note:

  • No Federal Law Mandate: There is no federal law requiring merchants to accept returns for "buyer's remorse." However, if a product is defective or not as described, federal law (like the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act for warranties on consumer products) and state laws provide protections.
  • Florida Law: In Florida, if a merchant does not conspicuously post a notice stating their return policy (or lack thereof), consumers may generally return goods for a full refund within 20 days of purchase. By clearly posting this policy, Jhennecho LLC establishes its terms.
  • Implied Warranties: Products are sold with implied warranties that they are fit for their ordinary purpose and are free from significant defects. If a product is faulty or not as described, your rights for repair, replacement, or refund are typically protected.
  • Clear Disclosure: By making this policy readily available on our website and at the point of sale, we aim for clear and transparent communication with our customers, protecting both parties.
